Exceptional Educators

Exceptional Educators. Lasting Impact.

At Strong Start, our highly trained teachers are the cornerstone of our program. Each educator possesses expertise in early childhood development, adheres to strict NAEYC guidelines, and provides both care and knowledge in the classroom. Notably, all Head Pre-K Teachers hold a bachelor’s degree.

Our Trumbull and Shelton locations boast NAEYC accreditation and have achieved outstanding scores, demonstrating our unwavering dedication to excellence.

What Sets Strong Start Apart:

  • Experienced Teachers: Our educators possess extensive experience and strong credentials.
  • Reggio Emilia Philosophy: Our approach is inspired by the renowned Reggio Emilia philosophy and guided by experts.
  • Whole-Child Development: We focus on the comprehensive well-being of each child, including their emotional growth and mindfulness.

Commitment to a Consistent and Caring Environment:

Unlike the industry’s high staff turnover (up to 40%), Strong Start boasts a retention rate below 10%. We prioritize our educators by offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional advancement. This investment ensures a stable and supportive community for the children in our care.
