These texts are sent periodically to let you know the status of your enrollment. You have the right to opt out of Strong Start Early Care & Education sending you texts at any time by:

  • Calling, emailing or texting an Administrator; or,
  • Calling our main number 203-307-5500; or,
  • Replying “STOP” to any of our texts sent to you; or,

You have the right to receive a paper copy of the privacy policy of this notice upon request.

The texts we send to you may be subject to messaging and data rates.

Under no circumstances will your personal data including text “opt in” or “opt out”: data be sold to a third party/affiliate or used by a third party/affiliate for marketing purposes.

Our families can receive help by responding with the word “HELP” on any text they receive. If “HELP” is sent back to Strong Start Early Care & Education, then an administrator will call them to answer any questions they have.

Any family can stop receiving texts from Strong Start Early Care & Education by responding to any text with the word “STOP”. If “STOP” is sent back to Strong Start Early Care & Education, an administrator will update the system so that the patient will not receive any future texts.
